The staff member barely spoke and gave the impression that she’d much rather be anywhere else. We totally get that Sundays are slow, but a little interaction and communication never hurts. Food: The mango salad and chicken bowl were… acceptable. Not bad, not amazing. Just kind of there. They filled the plate, and that’s about the extent of the excitement. Drinks: Matcha lovers, beware. The matcha we ordered was a bit of a mystery—dull in color, bland in taste, and suspiciously lacking that signature matcha richness. If it wasn’t expired, it certainly wasn’t the good stuff. A minor detail, but one that matters. This isn’t meant to be harsh—just honest. For the price, we had hoped for a bit more care and attention. Fingers crossed that this was just an off day, and that future visits might match the café’s strong reputation.
