It was a take away so I will not have any comment on the atmosphere but the staff was really slow even the store was not busy. I got a matcha latte, since all of the store was close so I have no other options rather than come here and it was so disappointed, the matcha latte was tasteless just like water with matcha flavors that I feel there is no matcha powder in there and $9 for a matcha latte that taste bad, sorry but I never come there again.
