Wish I could do zero stars. Absolutely shocked in how bad Chatime has become and judging by the reviews here I can see that I’m not the only one with the same bad experience recently. I ordered a matcha and it literally tasted like rainwater and talcum powder with how grainy and bland it was. I took it back inside and the guy technically laughed which meant he knew exactly what I meant, it shows I wasn’t the first.
