A huge male staff member made this drink for me. I ordered a Jasmine Matcha, but it tasted almost like plain milk. I saw him only add a few drops of matcha, so I asked him to put more in. He did, but it made no difference because there was far too much milk. It’s not surprising that the shop was so quiet.
