I’ve been looking forward to trying the matcha from this place… but it was awful. I had to throw it out I couldn’t even drink it. Usually I’m not a complainer when it comes to matcha, even if I can tell it’s not great quality I’ll just drinking it and take it for what it is but I couldn’t do that. The matcha was the Tropeka brand which is by far not a ceremonial grade and yet it cost me 9$!! That’s the most expensive matcha I’ve bought for the worst quality! Another thing is, I asked for lactose free milk… and she told me the three options, oat, soy and coconut and I got soy… but when the girl made the matcha she poured heavy cream in with the matcha powder and hot water which was very odd, especially without asking or clarifying first. luckily I’m not fully allergic to dairy but it could have been worse for others. Overall just a very very bad quality matcha. awful colour too. Haven’t tried their desserts there, they do look really nice, but for matcha this is NOT the place to go.
