The food was AMAZING! The roasted miso cauliflower blew my mind — the texture and seasoning were both perfect. The pistachio matcha was just perfect not too sweet. The restaurant was completely full, and I was honestly a bit worried that the food quality might drop during such a busy service. To my surprise, everything was still excellent. The skewers were perfectly seasoned, and the smoky charcoal flavour was outstanding. It was also my first time trying the claypot rice, and the flavours were incredibly rich and satisfying. Even with how busy the restaurant was, the staff remained friendly and attentive.
