Marshall’s Matcha is a gem! Their strawberry matcha is my new favourite and the customer service was great. The shop has a lovely vibe and is an awesome addition to the area. Highly recommend!

Every matcha is hand whisked and the ratio was perfect. I ordered the classic iced matcha with full cream milk and no sweetener. It tasted authentic and earthy with no bitterness. Would definitely recommend!! The staff are also so lovely and friendly!

Marshall’s is a visually appealing spot with great customer service and a clever concept, especially their canned matchas. The drinks look fantastic, with vibrant colours and lots of attention to detail, and the location is convenient. The matcha flavour is present and decent, though still on the milder side — it tastes good, but doesn’t fully deliver the boldness the colour promises. The double strawberry matcha, made with strawberry milk and syrup, was a pleasant surprise: one of the few “fun matchas” we’ve tried that actually retained a hint of matcha while still delivering the intended strawberry flavour. Most fun matchas across Adelaide taste like nothing more than flavoured milk, so this one was a promising beginning to these types of drinks. The agave syrup in the classic iced matcha also sweetened without overpowering the drink. The only minor drawbacks were a slightly too foamy top on the canned matchas and the overall strength of the matcha definitely could be bolder. Still, Marshall’s delivers a pretty good experience: enjoyable, aesthetically pleasing, and well-executed, even if it doesn’t fully satisfy those seeking a strong matcha punch.
