I’ve been a regular here for a while now and it’s honestly one of my favourite places to eat. There’s always so much to choose from. They have a great range of sushi with meat, seafood, and vegetarian options, plus other tasty dishes like rice bowls, udon, ramen, and loaded fries. Katsu chicken curry rice and iced matcha latte are my go-to’s. The staff are always super friendly, talkative and welcoming. They greet with a smile and make me feel like a friend rather than just a customer. The service is always amazing, and that’s what make me love the place. Highly recommend!

Minato Sushi Snackbar is a new culinary establishment found in Edinburgh. Delicious foods ranging from sushi, hot foods - Tempura, gyoza, chicken curry rice, udon, salads, sandwiches and Japanese desserts. Good selection of drinks including matcha and hojicha. Catering for breakfast and lunch available to eat in or take away with ample seating inside or outside in the undercover common area. Heaps of parking. Worth visiting for tasty food at inexpensive prices with great and friendly customer service.
