Fluffiest and best soufflé pancakes I’ve ever had! I have tried many in Melbourne, but they always deflate while I’m eating them and are too sweet or don’t have good dairy free options. These were fluffy and bouncy the entire time, not too sweet. Mild eggy flavour that was not strong like some of the Melb places. Really perfect! Large pancakes, you could share one between two and get a drink each. We were greedy and wanted to try both the pistachio and chocolate ones. And I’m very glad we did because they were both delicious and we finished them all, even after lunch. The drinks were also good. Both were very nice and not overly sweet. I got the banana hojicha (brûlée banana was so good) and my friend got the chestnut matcha (she said it was perfect). Nothing tasted artificial, everything was fresh. The many dairy free/ lactose free options are appreciated. Also gluten free (no wheat flour) options available is a plus. The cute Japanese inspired decor was a nice touch! I’d definitely go again.
