Glorious Pho. Honestly the best pho weather. Super satisfying to have such a yummy bowl of broth. The matcha is so high quality. I was shocked to find out that they get imported matcha from Japan. Hence why it’s so good. My other new addiction is the udon. The noodle is cooked just right, the sauce is so flavourful and the meat topping is so generous.
