My sister had one of the most bizarre and unprofessional experiences at this place. She walked in, politely asked if they had a menu, and got a blunt “no.” When she asked what matcha drinks they had, the girl working there literally told her to check their TikTok. That was the “menu.” No attempt to help, no explanation, just go scroll social media and figure it out yourself, apparently. Even after asking again what they actually had available right now, the responses were vague and lazy. So my sister had to just make up her own drink. The girl told her the matcha would be bitter without sweetener, but didn’t offer a single suggestion or option. No list of milks, no “would you like it iced or hot?”—nothing. Just vibes and attitude. She asked for honey, and after dumping it in, the girl goes “looks good??” while handing her a drink that looked like green pond water. Oxidized, ugly, and honestly gross-looking. If that’s what they think looks good, I don’t want to know what their bad drinks look like. This place seriously needs to rethink how they treat customers. It’s giving zero effort, zero care, and way too much ego for a cafe that can’t even be bothered to have a menu…
