We saw this restaurant recommended on our instagram and decided to give it a go. The K-Hamburg Omurice was pretty good, packed with double protein from the meat patty underneath under the soft scrambled eggs. The battered enoki mushrooms gave it a nice crunch, and the sauce was alright. It would be better if the plate was heated up, so the whole dish could stay warm for longer. The Matcha Shokupan was pretty good and it was not too sweet. We didn’t use the sauce (sweetened condensed milk?) that came out with the toast, because the toast itself seemed to be sweetened with honey. Overall, this spot is pretty good for brunch on the weekend, with some tasty food options, good portions and the bonus of halal options!
Visited to try their matcha shokupan bread, which was really nice maybe nicer without the coconut shavings. the prawn katsu sando was very generous with the prawn patty and was delicious, however the bread was very dry and crumbly. The bulgogi Benedict was average - over cooked beef and too salty. Ample parking.
really enjoyed our visit here! we had the spicy mushroom omelette, exactly had the kick of spiciness, rich and healthy! the prawn katsu sando was crispy and satisfying, found a few pieces of small prawn meats in there, cute lol, it was beautifully presented and packed with flavour. we also tried tiramisu, it was light and creamy, not overly sweet, and if i'm not wrong, it didn't contain rum? barely had any rum smell nor taste at all, but not a problem there. drink were also excellent, especially strawberry matcha latte! so refreshing and has a lot of strawberry in there! the coffee was also strong and smooth. a spot worth checking out, good place for hanging out :)
