I wish I could say I was excited but sadly I was disappointed. I ordered the French toast and oh my goodness what a shock when I took a big bite and almost spat it out. The matcha mascarpone was so strong, so bitter I could not eat it. I asked all my family to try it and they felt the same. It was a large ice cream scoop size of gross. The brioche bread was dry. My cousin ordered the pistachio sponge cake and she said it was delicious so that is the only reason for the 3 stars. I ordered the Nourish bowl with Halloumi, it took a long time to get even though no other orders were coming out. When it arrived it came out with bacon instead and I had to send it back. Unfortunately I have been to both the hotel and bakery within 24 hours and have not had a good experience with either. I won’t be recommending either on my travels.
