I have to shout out this place, but I almost want to gate-keep because it’s just that good. Best matcha I’ve found in Adelaide, so much variety, so many choice of matchas. The thick coconut milk is INSANE. You can even get matcha soft serve on top. Nicest staff ever.
The matcha here is authentic. I tried multiple items from this place and they have always make sure that they give you enough Matcha. Great spot for matcha lovers. If you are not a Matcha fan, there might not be heaps of options for you. Their matcha powder is $38 for 30g which is reasonable. The strange thing was i saw it on the weekend for $50, so i am not sure if weekend has a different price.
Real Matcha spot is here 🍵 😋 ❤️ Ordered Strawberry Matcha and Matcha Frapp, both really impressed me. They were not too sweet is a big plus for me, and the matcha tastes so fresh. The lady is super friendly ❤️Definitely 💯 coming back 💕👍🏻
stopped by on thursday afternoon, and ordered a matcha parfait ($18.50). presentation was beautiful, but it unfortunately did not taste that great. the top half was fine (red bean, whipped cream, matcha ice cream & warabi mochi / mochi balls) ... but it was the bottom half in the actual cup that was my issue. the matcha jelly, matcha liquid (? couldn't tell what it was) & rice crisps at the bottom unfortunately amalgamated and formed what i could only call an extremely unappetising paste in both texture and taste, and i'd been eating it for only around 10 minutes at that point. textures don't throw me off and i'm not a picky eater, but it's more that it tasted like nothing and had a very sludgy texture, and it felt a bit like some sort of soylent rather than a high-quality dessert that cost $18.50... i think a lot of these issues may stem from the way it's presented in a cup, which means the layers are very separated from each other and you can't really mix the layers together without spilling something-- which you CAN do in a bowl or wider glass. but again, takeaway-only stores like this one makes it hard to do that and i understand you just have to make do with what you can! i'd definitely be willing to come by again and try something else, but can't recommend the matcha parfait, as it looks beautiful but unfortunately didn't live up to my expectations, especially for the price i paid for a cup. staff were very lovely and friendly! so it's no issue with them, but the parfait itself.
The matcha is beautiful and truly ceremonial grade The flavor is smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced — you can taste the quality in every sip. The vibrant green color and fine texture show it’s real ceremonial-grade matcha, not the usual café blend. 🍵💚 The staff were super friendly and paid great attention to detail when preparing my drink. Such a lovely spot in the heart of Adelaide CBD — finally, authentic matcha without having to fly to Japan! I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates good quality matcha and a calm, welcoming vibe. 🌸
