The guys working there are really friendly and welcoming, which makes the vibe even better. Great coffee, and the matcha was a standout, I tried the strawberry matcha in the photo and loved it. They also have a nice selection of yummy sandwiches and pastries, perfect for a quick breakfast on the way to work or uni, or a casual stop during the day. I tried both their matcha and coffee and they were surprisingly good. The matcha is smooth, fragrant, and not bitter, which is exactly how it should be. You can tell they care about the quality instead of just throwing powder into milk. The coffee was also solid, nicely balanced and easy to drink. Food was a nice bonus too — fresh, well-presented, and it pairs well with the drinks instead of feeling like an afterthought. The view over North Terrace makes it even better. Sitting there with a matcha and looking out over the street adds a really relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. Overall it’s one of those places that’s easy to come back to: good drinks, good food, and people who actually make you feel welcome.
